Good morning from another grey day in Florida. It just doesn’t seem like Florida without the sunshine.
Today I’m posting one of my favorite shots from Tiger bay. This was taken early in the morning. The wind was calm and the lake had a mirror like surface, just lovely for reflections.
Taken with the Mamiya 645 Pro TL loaded with Ilford HP5, 80 mm Mamiya Sekor 1:2.8 lens using #25 Red Filter. Developed and printed in our darkroom. Toning effects were achieved using a partial bleach back, thereafter a combination of Sepia and Selenium toners. This was scanned from the silver gelatin print.
Darkroom work is all done by Marks (a genius, but then I may be biased). He is constantly surprising me with his wonderful work. I think you’ll agree that he makes my work look really good!
Enjoy and thanks for viewing.
